GENERAL BOARDING CONDITIONS

1 - The price paid for a cruise with individual boarding includes accommodation in a double cabin with double bed or bunk bed according to availability at the time of boarding, fuel consumption of service boats (tenders) and lubricants, cleaning of the boat, gas for the use of the kitchen use of the services in the marina, detergents and cleaning material of dishes and equipment, insurance and taxes.

5 - The cruise program may be subject to changes due to adverse weather and sea conditions, at the express wish of the guests, for any accidental event that may occur.

6 - Participation in navigation activities and / or maneuvers is optional and takes place under the direction and responsibility of the captain in the spirit of cruises aimed at the offshore sailing school.

7 - We do not take responsibility for delays or interruptions of the cruise due to extraordinarily adverse marine weather conditions or for contrary provisions of the local authorities.

8 - Animals, bulky and / or rigid baggage, weapons, rifles and / or diving daggers, drugs and equipment for diving with AR are not allowed on board

9 - Times, places and methods of stopping and / or mooring in roadsteads and ports are the sole determination of the captain.

11 - If the unit suffers a breakdown that could jeopardize the safe continuation of the cruise for a period exceeding 48 consecutive hours, Orzaway will be required to reimburse the daily amount of the cruise not enjoyed, without the customers being able to claim any right to further compensation.If the repair time and therefore restoration of navigability in safety exceeds 72 hours, the customer will have the right to withdraw from the contract with effect from the moment of the occurrence of the event, obtaining the return of the daily amount of the period cruise not enjoyed. In case of voluntary interruption of the cruise there is no type of refund.

The reservation is considered formalized upon payment of the advance agreed with the signing of the contract.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP, RESERVATIONS AND CONDITIONS

- Registration with the Orzaway Amateur Sports Association: costs 5.00 euros and is mandatory for those who participate in initiatives or holidays organized by us. It includes the registration to the association for the social year that runs from September to the end of August of the following year and for the same period the registration to the AICS association to which we are affiliated as a sports club. - The reservation of participation in the chosen activity is considered effective upon receipt of 50% of the participation fee and a photocopy of the bank transfer by e-mail or by mail. - The balance will be paid upon boarding. - For reservations within 20 days, 50% payment is required at the time of booking and registration and the balance upon boarding. - In case of cancellation of the activity on our part due to force majeure, we will propose a full refund of the amount paid, excluding the membership fee, or to participate in another period. - In no case will we be liable for damages deriving from the cancellation of the trip for reasons beyond our control. RENUNCIATION OF THE ACTIVITY BOOKED BY THE MEMBER
